This package is for clients who would like one on one coaching on a single topic to gain clarity and make decisions.
What you get: 1 free 30 minute discovery session, 6 45-60 minute coaching sessions spaced over 2 months PLUS 3 email or text support during coaching.

This is the most popular package, designed to allow enough time for exploring whatever surfaces at a deeper level.
What you get: 1 free 30 minute discovery session, 12 45-60 minute coaching sessions spaced over 3 months PLUS 6 email or text support during coaching.

This longer commitment enables you to identify your individual challenges, get to the root of all blockages, and provides support changing the negative habits that are getting in the way of achieving your goals.

Designed for expecting parents. Life is going to get busy once baby arrives. So let's take time now to identify your core values and to use them to create a vision of what you want your household to be and who you want your children to become. Align your parenting to your best selves.
What you get: 1 free 30 minute discovery session, 3 30 minute (pre-birth) coaching sessions, 3 30 minute (postpartum) coaching sessions (to be used within 2 months of giving birth)PLUS 3 email or text support during coaching, safe sleep guidelines, and tips to create a functional nursery.

Maintain your success
Maintain your success
This package is designed to keep you on track as you fly from the nest and begin to soar in your new way of living. You've made great progress and we intend to keep it that way! To qualify for this package you MUST have completed the Gaining Clarity, Digging Deep, or The Transformation package.
What you get: 1- one hour or 2- 30 minute coaching sessions per month. This is a 120 day (4 month) commitment following the initial coaching commitment.
